Dr. Charlotte Wambura
Dr. Charlotte is a board certified veterinary surgeon of the Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB) and a member of the Kenya Veterinary Association (KVA) and a KWS wildlife licensed vet.
She has over 10 years of experience, and has demonstrated proficiency in the following cases and procedures (among others): Gastropexy for gastric dilatation-volvulus, Splenectomy, Enterotomy, Gastrotomy, Cystotomy, Intestinal resection and anastomosis. Pediatric spays and neuters in a high volume shelter setting, Thoracic tube placement and management, Snake-bite envenomation with subsequent DIC, Urinary obstruction.
She is also well versed in internal medicine which embodies prevention, diagnosis and treatment of various diseases of veterinary importance.
OUR SERVICES
Preventative Medicine
This includes vaccinations and regular wellness exams aimed at preventing diseases of viral, bacterial, fungal, protozoal or parasitic origin.
Consultation
We offer friendly and professional consultation on various matters that affect your pet and their environment (feeding, hygiene, housing and wellness).
Diagnostics
Proper treatment begins with the correct diagnosis which we aim to provide by competent and professional doctors and staff.
Elective Surgical Procedures
Some of the services we provide are; Spay and neuter, Orthopedics, Laparatomy, Cosmetic surgeries and many more.
24hr Emergency Care
We provide on-call emergency services in the event an accident occurs or your pets are taken ill suddenly.
Grooming
For your pet to look and feel their best, we provide grooming services such as washing, nail clipping, ear cleaning, hair clipping etc
Boarding Facilities
We provide a home away from home for your pet. For the comfort of your pet we have spacious and clean kennels and catteries and a dedicated team to ensure the happiness of your pet and your satisfaction.
Adoption
We are happy to provide a conducive environment for you to acquire your; four legged, furry, or feathery family member through adoption of rescued animals as well as getting you in touch with reputable breeders.
Pet Relocation
Need to move your Pet?
We will take care of all your travel documents for both local and international travel and assist you in choosing the best mode of transport for your furry family member.

Charlie’s pet care offer a friendly professional service. They really go over and beyond the call of duty to look after sick animals.
